1. Who we are
Live Accomplished LLC, an Alabama limited liability company doing business as Scale Automatically (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is the business responsible for this website and related software. We operate from Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.

2. Scope
This policy covers personal information we collect through the website, checkout, email, accounts, and software such as the Scale OS Revenue Leak Audit. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, which have their own policies.
3. Information we collect
Identity and contact data you provide at checkout or in forms: name, email address, company name, and optional website URL.
Product data: questionnaire answers, scores, generated reports, login/session identifiers, and records of whether a purchase or refund occurred.
Payment data: our payment processor (currently Stripe) collects payment card or other payment details. We receive payment status, limited payment metadata, and identifiers needed to fulfill or refund an order. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and similar logs as needed to operate, secure, and debug the services.
Communications: emails you send us and messages we send you about a purchase, report, or request you initiated.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to: provide and improve the software and Audit; process payments; email receipts, login links, and report access; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and respond to your requests.
We do not use your Audit answers to train public generative models in a way that publishes your confidential business details. We may use de-identified or aggregated insights to improve scoring and product quality.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade email lists.
We disclose personal information to service providers only as needed to operate the business, under contracts that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us. That is not a “sale.”
6. Service providers
Typical processors include: Stripe (payments); Resend (transactional email); Neon or another database host (application data); Cloudflare (DNS, proxy, and related infrastructure); and the hosting provider that runs the application.
Those providers may process data in the United States. Their own privacy terms apply to their platforms.
8. Retention and security
We retain purchase, account, and Audit records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We then delete or de-identify data when we no longer have a legitimate need to keep it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to appeal a denial. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may unsubscribe from optional marketing email. Transactional email related to a purchase, login, or report may still be sent as needed to provide the service.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. You may still submit the requests described above.
10. Children and age restriction
The site and services are for adults 18 years of age or older. They are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information.
11. International users
We are based in the United States (Alabama). If you access the services from another country, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
